Our China Travel is an independent travel guide. We are a small editorial operation, so email is the only channel we monitor — there is no phone line and no walk-in office.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. Tell us the page and what looks wrong — a price, a timetable, a closed attraction. We check it against official sources and fix it.
- Questions about a trip. We cannot plan individual itineraries, but a factual question about a route or a ticket rule is welcome.
- Partnerships and affiliate enquiries. If you run a travel brand or an affiliate programme, email us with the details.
- Press. Journalists and creators, put “press” in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
We are a guide, not a booking agency, visa consultancy or tour operator. We cannot make a reservation for you, chase a refund on your behalf, or advise on a visa application for your specific case. For anything that needs an official decision, go to the airline, hotel, railway or embassy directly.
Language and hours
We answer in English and Chinese. We are based in the GMT+8 time zone, so replies may arrive while you are asleep if you are in Europe or the Americas.
